An Evening with Chef Voltaggio

In a first of its kind event sponsored by Sub-Zero and Wolf, The Lauren condominiums in Bethesda was proud to welcome Chef Bryan Voltaggio for an exclusive evening of hors d’oeuvres, craft cocktails, and conversation in our new three bedroom, 3.5 bath model residence. Chef Voltaggio is an award-winning chef, Chesapeake native, and owner of RANGE near Chevy Chase and Volt in Fredericksburg, Maryland. A James Beard Foundation Award nominee as well as the star of Bravo TV’s Top Chef show, Chef Voltaggio has solidified himself as one of the top chefs in the Washington DC Metro area. Utilizing The Lauren's premium appliances from Wolf and SubZero, Chef Voltaggio dazzled attendees with specialty bites including Free Range Chicken Roulade, Softshell Crab, and Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream.
The intimate evening began with guests arriving to craft cocktails in the grand lobby where they were then escorted via the direct private elevator to the model residence designed by Akseizer Design Group. There, guests were able to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while taking in the splendor of the fully furnished model home. Dinner parties like this are made possible by the luxurious finishes and appliances in the open concept kitchens at The Lauren. All homes feature Wolf gas ranges, microwave, wall ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Thermador wine towers, Bosch dishwashers, and Miele built-in coffee systems, all complemented by standard Waterworks fixtures.
